she is on my squad (she just made varsity, she is a junior and so am i and i have cheered for 6 yrs and she has cheered for 2....she is my friend (or she was) and now she is all cocky because she finally made varsity....she tells us how to bas even though she has never based or spotted, and every time somehitng in the stunt goes wrong, she blames someone other than herself...like she is perfect...and she is not...i have flown, based, and spotted, and she wont take any info form me, but she expects me totake info from her....and now she is backstabbign me and my best friend.....what should i say to her?

You can ignore her and look for other more sincere friends, can't you? With such a person, do not try to correct, advise, inform or do anything that will make you appear to be better than her.
You will be wasting your efforts. Only sincere friends will accept others as equals and respect them and their views.
We can afford not to have insincere people as friends. The choice is yours to make. However, if you still feel that she can remain her friend, then you have to accept her as she is and not try to change her.

Thank her for any advice, then do exactly as you see fit.

tell her or have someone eles tell her to tone it down its ok to make a mistake every once and a while
