Well based on your question , it has to be False. As you lead the answerer to believe this was a True and False question. I then found out that an essay would also be required. This is total a bait and switch leading question and show how ignorant you as a man is. Therefore I must say False as man and woman has not matture any this decade what so ever. As I read the questions and answers from here I slowly realize that we all are getting more immatured as the decade get older. So keep trying people. All is not lost .. but I am sure it will be soon.

I think this is false. I have seen more men in the 25-40 year old age group either living with mom and dad, or looking for a free ride with a working girl friend. I have seen men get a pay check, when they do work, and not contribute to the family bills, rent or groceries. I am appalled when i see grown men who are more involved with their X Box or watching TV 16 hours a day, than their responsibilities. Waking up in the morning, around 11 am, guzzling beer, and then beating on their wives, girl friends or kids. When a man is 30 something and all he can talk about is partying, or scoring some drugs, I am concerned over the future of our country. How much can we get for nothing from the govt., or our parents. Now I know that there are woman that are very self centered as well, but I see a lot more Ladies trying to hold it together, working, raising kids, than I see men doing this. I have been working since I was 14, finished school, and I am raising a second family. Am I tired? Darn strait, but we are men, and we have a duty to our family's, and we should have a little self pride.. No way is the average man more mature than ten years ago..

I would say false because the woman has taken on a much larger responsability if not the full in many households as far as bringing home a salary AND still being expected by the man to HAVE and raise the kids and be cook and clean the house and often keep the family finances straight. 40 years ago the woman never had to worry about the money and bringing home the bacon and such. Granted there were and will always be exceptions to the rule. I am grateful for the advances women have made in the public, political, and work place but at the same time-----I believe because of this we have sacraficed much such as our nurturing and position in the home.
At one time women were thought to be weak and too caring and loving beings so men had to take care of them---and often (yes i know there are exceptions) prized and put on a pedestal so to speak by their husbands. But in our haste to become equal---some men feel that we no longer deserve that and are intimidated by women who can best them---because in most cultures--those are the aspets that describes the type and successfulness of the man.
An example would be many men these days won't give up his seat for a woman or hold the door for her, because they never know when they are going to come accross a woman who says thank you for being so thoughtful or the gun hoe feminist who screams what you think i can't do that for myself?
Don't get me wrong I love my freedom---but sort of miss that place where my only responsability is to make hubby happy and watch the kids and were not looked down on by other women for choosing to stay home with my kid because they think that those types of women can't make it in the big business world.

I don't think either has matured more than the other. I believe men become more immature as time goes on. Increasingly, they don't know how to treat women, take care of the kids they help make, and/or work hard. They then think they are cool and brag about these traits to their friends. On the other hand, women have to work a lot harder just to support themselves and their kids that are left behind by men that only care about themselves.

I would say false, because according to national statistics, 60% of all college graduates are females, while only 40% are males.
That's a huge difference, and 30 years ago it was the other way around.
In the past decade, the trend has only worsened, so men, in my opinion have fallen further behind women in terms of education.

False. Reverse is the case. Because woman is shouldering more responsibilities as compared to man.

False. Women are more mature than men and are more apt to be responsible also. If you check the stats, men abandon their families more now than ever.

I don't know, five minutes on this contraption would change your mind. I think as a whole this current generation has not matured at all! If anything it has de-evolved.
