i get a few cramps, a really irritable feeling - i nearly want to tear everyones head off, and i want to eat a bit more unhealthy

I have mood swings, food cravings, and usually break out. Sometimes my stomach even gets a little bloated.

I usually gain like 1 lb (I lose it afterwards though) I get chocolate cravings, I get really annoyed, irritated and depressed . . . etc, etc. Cramps too, every so often.
