You need to keep them as sterile as possible. Get some antibiotic cream or ointment on them and keep them covered until they are healed.

You need to protect your skin from the risk of infection and germs. If it is possible send someone to get some burn ointment to but on it and keep it dry and I wouldnt cover it with anything right now but when you go to bed you might want to very VERY lightly cover it with some gauze so you dont end up wiping the burn cream off on your sheets and allow germs to get in there where the skin is off. If it is still burning put some ice on it very carefully. That must of been some pretty hot soup to of burned the skin off of your hand. Just keep it clean and covered with the onintment until it heals. If by chance it starts to get red and really hot feeling then go see a doctor other than that you will live.

Take it from this nurse who have worked in a burn unit. Please seek medical attention soon. First soak your hand in very cold water to totally stop the burning process. If you can't see a doctor now, go to a 24 hrs pharmacy buy sterile 4x4 pad and a couple of kerlex roll dressings and some neosporin ointment Wash you hand again before you or someone helping you dresses your burn. After you wash the hand slowly open the 4x4 dressing.try to keep the sterilee as possibly, if falls on the floor, leave it get another 4x4 steril dressing, place ointment on dressing and place it on the wound and spared the ointment all over the burn. Leave the 4x4 on the sit and add the kerlex roll dressing to cover the site. Have a doctor see it asap. you may need antibiotic my mouth or IV depending how bad the burn is....good luck

Clean it gently and wrap loosly in clean gauze. If you have any aloe vera gel, put that on there. Make sure it is only aloe though, nothing else in it or you could hurt yourself. If it seems to be red or infected in a day or so, if you get a fever or it is tender (excessively) go see a doctor. You may need antibiotics. Hope you feel better!

Any burn caused by a hot liquid or oil is a scald. you should never pop or lance the blisters yourself because it could cause infection to set in. You can go to the doctor and have it treated or treat it at home by mixing a few drops of lavender oil and few drops of water.

make sure you keep it clean and dry. see a doctor ASAP if it gets red, swollen and painful/tender. You can use over the counter antibiotic cream upto two times a day to prevent infections as well

Seek Medical help so that they can give you a topical antibiotic that you can apply so that you do not get a major infection. Do not put anything on it. Seek medical help NOW!

clean the wound, put some antibotic on it, then dress it -- keep it clean, with open wounds the chance of infection is high
