Well in england 16 is the age where parents have no legal obligations to you and no legal rights to tell you what to do, however not sure where you live so can not say if that is true. But if you live in there house then you are not forced to do what they say but it is not exaclty polite to completely ignore them and remeber if they have no legal say over what you can and can't do they have no legal obligation to provide you with a roof over your head. Basically would it be worth all the hassle, family is very important, is this your dream if not i would recomend probably not doing it how about you try normal modeling until you are older? If you do decide to model and would like a personal portfolio site please contact me and I will set you on up for free. I can design you a fully personalised flash website with as much or little information and then host it for you. This site can contain a gallery of your photos, personal information, list of work, contact details, etc or if you prefer just a couple of photos and nothing else. It can be password protected and all images will be protected as is humanly possible, or the photos can be available to download.
Examples of work can be provided on request. Just message me here if you want, I am a professional website designer but have lots of free time (and enough money) so I am currently doing free sites for small bands, small artist etc, basically anyone who could not afford them otherwise. I have my own hosting server so can offer hosting servers or you can host the site yourselves. No images sent to me will be used for anything other than your site and I will not give anyone your detail or link to the site. You will have complete control and the site can be removed or changed at any time. This is not a scam and I will design a site for FREE, I do not need the money, and enjoy working. If you do want it message me you can tell me what you want and how you want it done and I will help.
I would want to know that your parents were happy with me doing this though as i would hate to cause any fits between you and your parents, family is important.

That is definetely a hard decision. I would not want my daughter to go in that direction but my parents always encouraged my ambitions. I agree with the previous post, modeling may not last. What will you do with the rest of your life? Also respect your parents decision they are looking out for you. And an education is most important to me. So remember you have college right ahead of you.

I do certainly think of you need to replace your avatar image. you're lots extra alluring than that paltry image. attempt the 1st or the fourth, i'm fantastic with the two. Granted, Nikki Reed is gorgeous, yet you're going excessive, Rosalie. i'm no longer breathless, i'm in basic terms inspired with the help of an equivalent to my elegance, and amused at your conceitedness. do no longer tell me that modeling does not demonstrate your id. Your chilly, annoying, elegance would truthfully develop questions. in case you think of you go with to besides, that is fantastic with me. you will seem astounding and sales would rocket. as long as careful Carlisle isn't fearful of exposure, i'm no longer. -Heidi

I would definetly let "my daughter" go for it... but she would still have to be doing good in her education because after your modeling career is over, what are you going to do for a living?
I would go for it though, just my opinion "}
