Which one are you most nervous about? Asteroid hitting earth seems like only 30 years away. Computers overpowering us. The Plague thing is scary. Global Warming is here now and somehow we have to reverse it. We have the power to shape our future the question is will we?

We need at least 10 years advance warning of a planet-killing asteroid hit. the one in 2029 (or 2036 depending on the astronomer), will be our first test as a united planet. My nervousness is the ones we don't know about that will give us little warning.
Another close call will be 1950DA, 877 years from now, but we won't have to worry about that one.

Yeah, I just watched it now. I'm most nervous about the one with the super-volcanoes. The other events seem to be able to be changed. For example, an asteroid hitting Earth, they say that an object with a large enough mass will be able to divert the asteroid using its own gravitational force. Another is the computers. We should be able to install some mechanism inside a computer that renders it unable to damage humanity.

I'm not nervous about any.
No use in being nervous.
It's more useful to put energy in trying to reverse or prepare for those events that are most likely.
I think the effects of Global Warming are most likely, and an epidemic influenza-type bug spreading are very likely.
Everything else it seems is out of our hands.

I'm more worried about what people are doing to the planet. I am afraid the planet is going to fight back with things like global warming which is already happening. Our seasons are already becoming more unusual and our weather is really fluky. People need to wake up!
