does anyone know what the resolution to the book ''the bad beggening is?

i am doing a book report and i need to put the resolution. i didnt finish the book can someone please help?

Like all the Lemony Snicket books so far, there isn't one really. The children are still orphans and Count Olaf is still out there. The resolution should come on 13th October this year when, allegedly, the last volume is published.

Read the last chapter, that should tell you all you need to know.
