I have ATT Yahoo DSL for $12.99 per month. I'm guessing you live in an area that doesn't have DSL or Broadband? I've heard NetZero is good for dial up. After experiencing the faster speeds of DSL, I don't think I could ever go back to dial up again.

I get Verizon DSL for $14.99/mo and I love it!! I tried Juno, People PC and all the cheaper ones, but the connection wasn't nearly as good. Juno was decent for the price. AOL was way too slow.

Net Zero's best version (I think) - is about 10 bucks. The only thing bad about them is that if you need technical support it costs something like $1.95 a minute.
