The person to whom I am referring, has used the following ids that i know of... db_ward2001@yahoo.com, db_ward2002@yahoo.com,crystalsbuddypal@yahoo.com,crystallovesyou@yahoo.com, treasure_me_not@yahoo.com, art_person1234@yahoo.com,art_person12345@yahoo.com, art_person2345@yahoo.com, lovely_gal118@yahoo.com. I have reported these id's as spam, for abuse and have sent replies politely asking them to leave me alone. None of it has done much good. This person just gets a new id and starts all over. I'm at my wits end.

You could login as invisible for a Long while... or add another ID for IMing (and set your other IDs to "do not show online status"). This way your 360 page advertising your website would still be visible, but your IM would not (and maybe don't fill out the profile). Yahoo lets you make up to 7 ids under an account I think.

I've had these problems before, and there is basically nothing you can do about it except hit the "report as spam" option and ignore it.

I would NOT continue to use your same yahoo ID for chatting, because there are easy programs that will show your yahoo online status to anyone-- so they can get 100 new yahoo ids and spam you 100 times :)

Change your email?? You can put in a nickname as your user name, and will not be trackable. Send a forward to your good friends, and let them know your new address. Otherwise, try to ignore them and block the multiple emails, and maybe that would work.... That really sucks, some people have way too much free time to do stupid things like that.

I think that you need to get in contact with Yahoo directly and force them to do something about it.
