Nope... Best movie of all time is It's a Wonderful Life.

I haven't checked that ranking recently, but they had some pretty strange movies in their top 10 (by popular vote); however, there are lots of worse choices that could've landed there.

Although not my personal favorite, I'd think Gone With the Wind would be more deserving, as one example.
