girls: How many bras do you own?

Question

I'm 14 only own 2 that fit me, but i only like one of them so I wear it everyday. I feel kinda bad about asking my mom for a new one because she hates bra shopping so I just live with it since it seems to work ok. I wash it about once a week unless I sweat a lot. Yeah, I know, it sounds really gross, but it doesn't smell that bad. How many bras do you guys have, and how often do you wash them?

I have have 9...but I only wear 2 of them often (the other ones include a sports bra, and strapless/halter bra for special dresses, and the rest are lacey and arn't meant for support ;-) )
I wash the ones I wear often about once a week, or after 3 days of work (I waitress part-time, so I sometimes sweat allot). There isn't anything wrong with washing it once I week, or at least, I think so, because thats what I do.
If you find they are wearing down or that they are fitting you right anmore, tell your mom that you've grown some, and would like a better fitting bra. If you want, you can ever go to the store (like wal-mart) by yourself, and get a bunch of different sizes and styles similar to the ones you have now, and try them on in the privacy of a dressing room. Of if you really need help, go to Victoria's Secret (they are ussually found in malls), and any salesperson there can help you find the right size and style thats most comfortable - for free. You don't even have to buy anything from them, though they do have really comfortable stuff. She'll measure you (with your shirt off, so its a little nerve wacking, but they do it all the time, so its no big deal), and she'll bring you back a bunch of different stuff to see what works the best. You could even have your mom take you if she wanted to, that way she doesnt have to do anything, but she'll still be there, make sense?

I have 7-10 I can't seem to keep count since I am constantly doing the wash. I wash mine usually every 2 or 3 wearings, except my sports bras. I wash those every time I wear them. Definitely ask your mom to take you even if she just sits in the chair and looks at a magazine while you get what you need. Good Luck

I am 13 and I own 4 bra's and 3 sports bra's I never were the same bra more than 2 days in a row

I own about 10-12, Im 22 and married so I dont know if thats alot or not. I love pretty bras. I wash them usually after I have worn them about 2-3 times

i loveee bra shoppingg !! i have probably 15 but theres a few that i dont like as much and a few sports bras for cheerleading, i wash them after 2 wearings. . 3 max! and mom does the wash every other day. you can just ask to go to the mall with friends and go to a store like mandees or limited too or joyce leslie and try a bunch on ! thats what i did xoxo <3

I have 5... one for each week day. i buy my own bras... mom gives me the money then I get them myself. I wash them every week on laundry day... I can wash them at any time, but its just easier to do it with the rest of my stuff.

My 15 yer old daughter has 3 and a couple of sports bras. I also have several. Don't feel bad about asking mom to go shopping, that's what we're here for.
