Most libraries have computers for public use, with internet access.
Also, most towns and cities have Internet Cafe's, where for a few dollars you can access a coputer for an hour.
Also, Community Centers usually have computers available for public use as well.
Community Colleges will often sell time in their computer labs for non-students.

any library has access, and all cell phone do to . it is cheaper to access on your cell than pay for a home comp. also when I had computer probs I used the library, not many people there these days ;)
