OK, lets talk about pulling the splinter out of your eye for awhile. Why do you live? The minute you are born you are born with a terminal disease called life. Do you not think that you are dying as we speak? You are, as well as I am. The things we call food here on this planet is a despicable example indeed. Have you ever ate processed food? I'm sure you have no doubt unless your literally dead which as of now you are not but trust me your going their also. The foods we eat are Killing us badly! What does it matter what someone chooses to do to to speed the process of death up? All of life is a decision and how we choose to be is nobody elses concern. I do think you made a very narrow minded comment on smokers.

I started as a thing to do around others who smoked. Kind of like a social thing. Then as time went on I started smoking just by myself. Now I recently quit smoking because every time I smoked it tasted really bad, and didn't make me feel good or anything, so I said whats the point.

It certainly flies in the face of basic common intellegience doesn't it.
In regards to cigarettes, most people start out because they think it makes them "cool", you know those people. Then they get addicted to them and can't stop. It calms the nerves and gives them something to fiddle with.
Its a disgusting habit. If it got them high or something I could see it, but it doesn't even do that. I have no patience for smokers. Smokers are also now more likely to be less educated and poor. Smoking is how not to impress if you ask me.

peer pressure? to look cool? I smoke but not a lot, like one or two fags a month specially when around people who smoke, maybe a cigar on a special occasion.
