I used to have a chair with a back to it that was perfect for a back crack. But now I have a newer chair and gave the old one away. Recently I have heard on TV from doctors who advise against doing it - bad for the cartelage or something.

yes i crack EVERYTHING, toes, neck, fingers, back, knees, elbow, everything
i stopped for 6 months then ppl said i still crack and it made me mad cuz i tried so hard to quit and did, but now i do it again....
i get mixed info about it, some say good for you, some say bad, some say neutral. im going with bad. my fingers are stiff and my body aches when i crack.

at skool when the bleachers were away from the wall and my friend and i sat on the top we'd hook our feet on the row below us and lean back til out hands could touch the floor it felt sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good and cracked soooooooooooooooooooooooooo loud

i'm a cracker.
i usually get the best results sitting in a chair, grabbing the back of it and turning slowly until i hear bones start snapping.

I don't crack my back too much. Sometimes if it hurts. I don't crack my neck though.....a lot!! I wish I could quit but now when i don't do it, it hurts!

yes i do..Back up to counter and turn backwards both ways...or lay flat on the floor and have one of my girls push along my spine with ball of hand..gotta do it right or it will hurt..but ..if and when it does crack--it feels good.....

lay flat on the floor and make two hard fists at your tail bone. something hard and solid always gets my bones off
