How do you accidentaly swallow a toilet cleaning product? And yes it does harm the fetus because it is toxic.

I hope there's a really interesting story behind this question, and I really think that you should elaborate on it.
Just 1 drop *probably* won't hurt much of anything, but some types of toilet cleaning liquid are so toxic that the labels say to not even get them on your hands, let alone ingest them.
I would call the doctor right away, and if he can't be reached, or there is no one on call this late, call the poison control hotline, and let somewhere there tell you what to do.

It very well could. What sort of symptoms did you have after swallowing it? I'd recommend calling your doctor immediately, as well as a Poison Control Hotline.

Well you should really go to a doctor and find out if it did, you will probably not be able to know until they have done more testing on the child and as time progresses., but if it is just "one" drop like you said, hopefully not...
