Go to the menu bar of your browser. See the Tools menu.
Click on Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > Advanced > Select Under Third party cookies either 'prompt' or `accept'.
And also check if the First party cookies is set to 'accept'
click OK,
click OK again.

Since you did not specify I am assuming you are using IE.

Go to Tools and select Options

Open the Advanced Privacy Settings

Make sure nothing is checked.

Then close and reastart IE.

Good Luck
