looking at the ebay listings, I would estimate around $100 if it is "like new", that is lightly used, not too many hours. sim cards are pretty cheap so that is not a factor.

My daughter bought a new one from a friend for $100. I bought a slightly used one for $50. Both had chargers.

That would depend on whether or not it was locked or unlocked. If it is locked to Cingular or T-mobile, I would say it is only worth about $40-$50. If it is unlocked, meaning you can use it with any GSM network around the world, it is worth about $100-$125.
