I would also have to say plucking! Shaving will make your hair grow back thicker and fuller!! I prefer waxing. Over time, your hair will not grow back as much in the places that you wax. It does take a little time though. Waxing hurts a little at first, but you get use to it. With waxing, you get the pain over with sooner than with plucking, too!

Depends what hair you are trying to get rid of.... Pluck eyebrows, shave everything else... Or better yet, waxing takes care of the hair longer than most.

If you're talking about eyebrows, it's typically better the pluck. Plucking allows for more precision in creating a shape.

Depends on where the hair is:
* Legs - shaving
* Eyebrows - plucking
* Nether regions - I prefer shaving
* Nose - plucking
* Facial Hair - shaving
* Stray hairs growing spontaneously in odd places - plucking
Good luck!

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

why don't you cut the hair short and then use nair or another type of hair removal just make her lay for a few minutes with her arms up be care full her skin is sensitive so you don't want to leave the product on very long it will burn plucking would hurts so bad you should pluck one of your armpit hairs to see that's messed up
