It could be many things. First off I heard this could be poor blood flow or to much caffeine. It could also be some sort of muscle twitching with is normally nothing to worry about. When a man does his thing blood rushes to the area and muscles contract and stuff like that.
If it only started doing it lately has happens almost every time you jack off there might be a problem. Seriously though I don't think it is a sign of anything serious. I'm not a doctor so you still might want to go check it up. I would not be that scared over it if I were you. Good luck. If I find out anything else I will update my answer.

Sounds like what you are experiencing is completely normal. A male orgasm involves involuntary spasms of the prostate gland, vas deferens and seminal vesicles, which will cause the ejaculation of semen. If you masturbate infrequently, you may just be feeling the 'aftershocks' of your orgasm. More more frequent or multiple orgasms can actually make the prostate gland ache a little. I personally find this to be a somewhat good feeling. If you are concerned about it, I would check it out with your doctor. Always better safe than sorry.

when most men have sex, or masturbate, your prostate has to work, after orgasming (coming and ejaculating) this can cause pain to the prostate. also, twitching in the leg, or sudden movements are normal reactions to orgasms. if the pain is umbearable, go to your doctor, and have them conduct an ultra sound on your testicles, and you might get your prostate checked.

It sound like it is simple the contracting muscles that are used to force out the semen. It is possible for them to spasm time to time if it were me I would not feel that concerned. Although if it becomes a nuisance you might see a Dr. for muscle relaxants, to stop the spasms.

Yes, I think you need to get it checked. Any problems with urinating, bleeding, etc. should also be reported to your physician.
