I rhink it would be intersting if this practice was still active in our modern culture. (yes I know it is in some places in the world, but I am talking about the good ol USA) I personally think it would be okay, just as long as I knew my partner was comitted to me as I would be to her. Like in Coming to America....If I was starring in that movie...it would have been 15 minutes long!! That first chick was fine for me!!

Sorry but i could never have a prearranged marriage. I like the memories my husband and i made during our friendship that turned into a relationship.

Nope...

The only good thing about it is that you get to blame the failing marriage on whomever arranged it.

But in the end it's not worth it....

There is no way on this Earth that I would agree to that. Marriage is bad enough when we get to pick the person ourselves.
