No. Your computer uses SDRAM. PC3200 is DDR RAM. It won't even fit in your machine and if you try to force it in you will ruin your computer. Just look for PC100 or PC133 RAM.
There are alot of people with dead computers that will practically give away the RAM in their dead machine. I have a couple sticks of old PC100 RAM sitting around for when people want to upgrade just a little here and there.

Again, no, but there is a reason ,there are two slots on teh PC133 RAM slots and there is only one on the PC3200 (DDR400) slots, not only that but the pin configurations are different and the voltages are different also. there is a potential that you could damage both the new RAM and the motherboard that you are using.

DDR400 PC3200 ram is for the current systems today, you can find a stick of 512mb pc133 and put it in.
