For my little sisters first birthday, we did a carnival theme all day out doors.....we set up games and even got a moon bounce!

IT was alot of fun, because everyone had something to do.

(we even gave away goldfish)

Let's see, baby's first birthday is NEXT summer. Planning a little early aren't we?

1 year olds are too young to really appreciate lavish parties. Invite family and a few very close friends. Provide finger foods for the kids (hopefully no more than 2 or 3 under three yrs. old.) The messier the better.

Video tape the whole thing. It will be great to show in the dating years.

obviously! maximum folk imagine this is going over board, yet I relish it. My 2 Mastiffs love thier birthday activities, even even with the undeniable fact that i don't believe of they understand why i'm doing it.I have my sister carry her dogs over and we play...per chance this is extra so as that i'll have a get mutually, yet thats ok they have exciting too. i favor to rejoice the actual undeniable truth that I have my puppy's. they're so powerful to me. in case you flow to puppy smart you'll locate books on making puppy cookies. healthful ones. My little monsters love hand-crafted cookies:)

Yeah, he won't remember. Do it for yourself and your friends and family. Do something that they would find fun. A barbeque or some cool park. Something that will make for good pictures.Like I said, the kid won't care or remember.

Whatever else you do, I think the baby definetely needs his or her "own" cake. I got all three of my kids a "big" cake for all of us to celebrate with, and then I got them their own little cake to "tear" into, and they all three loved it :)
