I am not ready to say it was a conspiracy as I am doing my own research. But there are interesting facts revealed in the 9/11 report that can't be ignored. Marvin Bush ( a brother of the President ) was in charge of security operations for the 7 Silverstein Buildings on 9/11, which was his last day in that job. NORAD was in a stand-down posture presumably to play war games. The war game they were instructed to play was that commercial planes were going to fly into the WTC, the Pentagon and the White House - there are tapes of FAA flight controllers about the exercise. So no military craft were in prepared to repel any attack in that quadrant. When 4 jets were scrambled, they were ordered by Cheney not to exceed 300 mph to pursue the airliners. FIremen and witnesses report explosions in lower floors right after the first plane, and later the second plane, crashed into the buildings. I have about 25 different inconsistantcies I am researching right now, so if anyone cares to read the rest, email me.

Why do you conspiracy theorists only share your thoughts with this website? Why not the entire world?

If you are so convinced of your scenarios, why don't you publish books with all of your evidence, footnotes and verifiable citations, then go out on book tours and talk shows to explain this to the rest of us who are skeptical or ignorant? Probably because a reputable publisher wouldn't touch your 'work' with a 1,000 ft pole. So then self-publish and give away your 'knowledge.'

Please tell us about your *entire* background, education, political groups with which you associate, and other important information so we can understand from where you are coming. Be sure that you don't leave out any details so we can get the complete story. We wouldn't want to miss anything.

Facts or someones theory of a conspiracy. Sounds like the same thing that has been going on about Pearl Harbor. After all this time nothing has been proven as fact., that our government caused this. Is this a question? Because it doesn't sound like one and this is "Yahoo Answers" not "Yahoo Statements." If you can prove something like that you must be really smart or just have something wrong that makes you think everything is a conspiracy. But some people are just like that, that's what makes the world such an interesting place.

WHY in God's call might any government inflict that kind of injury on that's very own infrastructure? no longer even Hitler, Stalin, or Mao might have EVER executed something that nuts. As much as I despise Bush, even I won't go that far. The warnings were there, but he needed an atrocity to justify his war of aggression. That is why he still tries to link 9/11 to Iraq, even though we now know they had nothing to do with it. I believe he was just too ineffectual to do anything about it, and too cowardly to admit it. My prayers every night go out to our brave soldiers, who are the true victims of his unwillingness to be a proper Leader of the Free World.
