Yeah, I use to have one of those...I had every intentions of burning it, but I gave it to my x mother in law the Christmas after the my divorce was final.

I don't know that I would create a "book." Maybe a "page" if something was really bothering me. Sometimes just getting it down on paper can be healing...so to speak. But I would get rid of it immediately.

No. If you feel negatively toward people, then you should find a way to vent that frustration. Writing it down will only hurt you in the long run.

If you must write it down on notebook paper & then IMMEDIATELY tear it upsmall & throw it away. That way you let it out & nobody hates you for it. But be carefiul.
