Hypertension can kill you, while it takes a really stupid person to die of apathy. Who ever died of boredom? Hypertension is a truly dangerous physical condition, whereas apathy, while it can be annoying, is not physically harmful.

u would have to say apathy. not giving a **** about things really ruins anything good in your life
