Use a light color on the lid and a darker tone in the crease and outer corners of your upper lid. Take the tip of you eye shadow wand and line your lower lids with the darker tone. Now line your upper lids from 3/4 the way out to the outer corners and line your lower lids the same way. Unless your eyes are very dark and you are also , stay away from black eyeliner. Go for a dark shade of brown or even plum. BUT, before you start any of this curl your eyelashes with a eyelash curler. When you have done all that add some highlighter just under your already plucked or waxed eyebrows, To finish the look add your mascara in a dark shade.

Try white eyeliner. I know it sounds weird but I heard it on the Tyra Banks show and it works great. Trust me I use it too. If your not crazy about the white try a black or brown or even purple eyeliner (purple highlights brown eyes). Eyeliner works like magic. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Well, you can't literally make them bigger, unless you want to pitch a plastic surgery idea to a surgeon, though I would not suggest that. To make your eyes appear wider opened and bigger, I've heard that you can use a white eyeliner underneath the eye (not too much, though).

Know how you feel. Curl your lashes and put two coats of mascara on top and one coat on the bottom. Then put white pencil eyeliner on the bottom of your eyes but be subtle. Also, put some shimmer on the inner corners of your eyes. Get a good night's sleep also for your eyes to look clear and big.

well you gotta know some crucial facts. lots of eyeliner make your eyes look smaller. heres what i suggest you do. use light eyeshadows all around your eyes. use a grayish/pinkish cream around your eyes and youc an line your eyes with white eyeliner just at the bottem center, not the corners. You awnt lotsa volume for your lashes too so they look wide awake. is uggest using diorshow or volumeexpress by maybelline

try lining your entire eye with the pencil, the bottom part- to the tear duck, then keep going up, life up her upper eyelid and line that part to. Accent the corner of your eye ( the corner near your hair line) make that dark. When using eyeshadow have a lighter color on the bottom & right where the eyelid folds a darker color. ( of the same color family)

Dior backstage make up is amazing for fullness and lengthe for your lashes--i love it!
good luck! :)

use a white pencil on the inside of your bottom crease and black eye Shadow under it. Also use mascara and black liquid eye liner on the top .ATTENTION: apply both lines on the top and bottom of your eyes in the way that they don't reach each other at the outside corner of the eyes.(they should be open)

I would definatly curl your eye lashes. I have noticed that made a big difference with me. I don't like white eyeliner (although it probably works) so I use like a really dark purple or like a dark onyx color. Try different eyeshadows as well. play with your makeup and see what works for you. everyones different. Good Luck!

eyeliner. but dont apply on the bottom. i also suggest buying a highlighting brow pencil...its white pencil that you apply right under your brows that lift em up and gives eyes a larger look. u can also use any ultra creamy smooth white liner pencil for a cheaper alternative. mascar can give effect, but on bottoms only apply on the far sides....the thicker lashes for a more natural look that will make eyes redefined.

Use a lighter eyeshadow in the inner corner of your eye. If you want you can use fake eyelashes too. They work wonders!
