Disappointing isn't it?
Maybe it is Internet culture, or, because of the Internet you cross into alternative boundaries of lives that otherwise you would steer clear of.
Perhaps some of them will learn from the experience and improve, I know my typing has!

While some might be dyslexic, I suspect some of them just type it in quickly (maybe they're just trying to get points) and neglect the spell-check.

Others, on the other hand, may not have had an adequate education. I recall my nephews writing essays for school and, apparently, spelling and grammar didn't count. The idea was to not discourage them from writing. Strange. Spelling and grammar education didn't prevent me from writing.

I completely agree--it's very disheartening to see so many spelling errors. At the very least, one could use the spell checker. I hope it's just carelessness, and that most people can spell better than it appears!

I'm guilty of having spelling errors, but i try to fix them before i send them out. Maybe they are like me and type too fast and never catch their errors? or people just like being stupid and spell things wrong because they think its funny.
