Very very very stupid!

First of all how do it look cool? It's basically like as saying "hey I got my *** kicked and all of my teeth knocked out" or "I never took care of my teeth so now I need extensive dental care to keep all my teeth" that is what I think when I first see them.

Second, do they realize how much bacteria and fliths the grills collect? Especially after eating and leave it lay around and stuff.

Third, are they realize that it probablywill grind the enamel away and grind their teeth down? Will they think this is so damn cool in 5 years?
