So far no one's mentioned thrush... you might want to get it checked out. Do some research on antibiotics before you get them. They can do more harm than good. There are natural alternatives that might be more appealing to you.

Possibly strep throat but not always. My daughter used to get white spots on her throat that were not anything.

Almost completely certain that it is strep throat. It is highly contagious. See a doctor immediately . Until then alternate every hour gargling with mouth wash and salt water. Start with mouth wash . Then in hour or so gargle with salt water. it may hurt but it will help to kill off some of infection but see a doctor asap.

These are pus accumulating or forming on your throat. Been there before.. couldnt swallow anything without making faces. The doctor prescribed some antibiotics and recommended that I should gargle more and brush my teeth more.
See a doctor, ask for some anti-biotics

It could be strep throat, could be tonsillitis, could be a lot of things. If your throat doesn't hurt, I wouldn't worry about it too much. See a doctor if you are really concerned about them.

All of my children get those, usually at the same time. Since they weren't running a fever, the doctor said it was a virus and they would go away.... and they did. The do come back, but as long as there is a fever I don't run to the doctor.
