She's providing TMI--too much information!

Tell her to slow down and not report each and every change in their relationship because you can't keep up.

And what about you? Why aren't you the star in your own drama/sitcom/adventure story? Don't you have a great novel you're trying to write that you can agonize over to everybody, or a world wide tour you need all your friends to finance, or SOMETHING? Your girlfriend is taking up everybody's social space, there. Get your own thing going on!

Tell her that's not what a relationship is. He shouldn't be treating her that way and needs to find someone better because she does everything and deserves. If they keep it up, just ignore them, and drop a few hints so they get the message that their on again off again relationship is getting really old.

Just tell her politely, that you love her, and you want her to be happy, but that all of her ups and downs are exhausting you. Let her know that you want her to be happy, but that you wouldn't mind being a tad less filled in on her status with her boyfriend. Tell her how you feel, and if you think that her boyfriend is dragging her down, and changing who she is, let her know. But be honest, and give her good advice. If after you talk she feels that she needs to kick him to the curb, support her as she does it. But if she still wants to be with him, you gotta support her there too... Your just going to have to grin and bear it.

Ignore them. You don't need to care about them.
