Laugh. You can't swallow your tongue. Even during a grand mall seizure, you may bite the crap out it, but the chances of that happening are slim to nothing.
OK.........I wouldn't laugh! But I would grab the closest thing possible, and put it in your mouth so that you wouldn't bite it.
I DID have to do that one time. It worked !
