I have been with my husband for 14 years.I think I was a good wife.He is into drugs.I dont use and never have.I have put up with almost every drug there is.Now its meth.He started breaking things and hit me a few times.I am no angel I have a mouth.Anyway i have a civil pertection order over him now.I have tryed to make him see Im done He cant get it he wants one more chance.I feel I have gave him enough chances and im done.How can i make him see we are over

Well, nothing says "I don't love you anymore" like a protective order. But even that's not working for you.

You can either turn him in every single time he violates it, or move without a forwarding address. It sounds like he'll burn out completely in less than 3 years anyway, so it's not forever.

You don't need to make him see you are done with him. Just get some friends to help you pack and move. He should not be anywhere near you if you have a restraining order on him. Have you moved out yet? I think the only way you'll get him to understand that you mean it is when you move out. Otherwise, just have nothing to do with him. If he calls, hang up on him. If he writes to you, send it back to him. If he shows up on your doorstep, call the cops.
