You can't find it in the dictionary because it's a misspelling. The word is spelled rapport. The definition is here:

...unless you mean repo as in the film "Repo Man" which was a rather weird but entertaining movie by Alex Cox (1984), starring Emilio Estevez and Harry Dean Stanton. (Repo stands for repossession.)
