A real heart and does kind things because they want to and not for the publicity? I think John Travolta! he does so much for charity and no-one ever knows because he doesn't want to be prasied for doing things he feels are just the right thing to do.

Definently Tyra Banks. I dont knowwhy because her deepest struggles come from getting rejected for modeling YEARS ago so she hasnt really seen real life outside of money as an adult but theres just something about her that makes me feel like she still understands and cares about people on her show etc. She's more down to earth than your average celeb.

John Travolta, Angelina Jolie, Sean Penn. I would say Oprah because I know she loves to do charitable deeds, but she advertises the hell out of her good deeds devoting entire shows to them.

I gotta go with Bono. He gets himself out there to make people physically and monetarily involved, but treats it like a job. He doesn't brag about himself as a humanitarian, even though he has an adorable ego the size of Texas about his music!

Sorry to break your bubble, but Johnny boy is a self absorbed, self indulgent ego freak. Yeah, he writes a check here and there for charity... no doubt. But... if you want someone who is selfless, who spends the majority of their time working to better the world, there are 2 people who stand out: Bono, and Sting. Collectively, they have done more for this world that Bush, Blair & half the worlds leaders combined.
