You still might go down in size when you stop breastfeeding. Usually m ost doctors will want you to wait a year after breastfeeding to make sure.

have a breast reduction. I had one and went from a DD to a B. its great and bras fit so much better..

well u may wanna look into a breast lift, cus once that milk is gone u might have saggy wrinkly boobies!!

If your BF likes your 48DD's, if they're giving you (back pain?) and you want to reduce - suffocate your BF with them & then have the surgery.
