i get enough sleep and i take tylenol for them too. but i get them all the time, usually everyday and sometimes 2 times a day. any ideas on what they might be from??

If you're having headaches that often, you really need to be seen by a doctor. He/she can run tests and treat whatever is causing the headaches.

if it gets too much, try something with coffine in it, eat alot of green aples. One big reason why women, get migrains or headaches is cause we dont drink enough water.

Get your thyroid checked... You may have a hypoactive thyroid which makes you sleepy, and gives you headaches... It's a pretty important part of you, it doesnt hurt to check it out...

I'd be checking with your doctor. It could be that you are suffering from high blood pressure which can cause them and, if goes untreated, can be very dangerous to you.
