That depends. On you, your level of responsibility, and whether you really can handle it. a responsible 15 year old going to bed at 7 pm can handle going to bed at 9 pm if he can get up at 5 AM to catch the bus. but a teen who has to make mom and dad holler and and get him up and keep on him obviusly isn't ready for a later curfew. You still need your sleep and THAT is the point of a curfew. it depends on your situation. so we need more input. (yeah, I'm a boring adult!) talk to them reasonably, point out the pros and cons. you might be surprised how well they listen. try a trial run period for two weeks and a probationary period for a month and agree that if you have problems you go back to the old curfew. you'll be surprised how they agree. They may have you slowly adjust in 10 or 15 minute increments to give your body time to adjust to the time changes.

Your age makes a difference on the curfew. In the city where I live, anyone under 18 cannot be outside of their home/yard after 9 on weekdays and 10 on weekends.
Children are not meant to have extreme amounts of unsupervised adult time. Not only the dangers that could occur to the youth but those problems/trouble the youth could get into increase dramatically as the length of curfew increases.
Instead of arguing with your parents about the time, perhaps citing what your friends/peers do, think that they love, care and are responsible to protect you, hence the curfew.

I haven't any knowledge of your age, or what hour your parents want you home..
Normal school nights - 10:00 p.m.
Game nights - 11:00 p.m. might be alright
I remember going through a divorce - 20-21 years old, and returned home (soon to be ex was not someone I wanted to run into alone) - I was placed on a curfew! I was locked out one night when I came home later than I should have. I worked so hard and saved what money I could and moved out..
Curfews are for your protection.. and I agree with the one above - work harder on your studies, than you do on your social life for right now.

it is all too clear that your curfew should be earlier and you should hit the books harder, or at least learn how to use spell check
