ALL bag worms MUST die....if ylou have them then go to Home Cheapo or better yet a nursery of your choice and tell them what is wrong. This infestation WILL spread and Will kill all that it feasts upon... There is probably some organic way of disposing of these things but they MUST go...

If your tree is low enough, you can burn them. Take a newspaper and roll in in a cone shape--as long as possible. Set fire to the end and burn the worms. If this will not work, as someone said, go to nursery or Lowes and look for something (or ask there for advice)
