Well whenever i get on the intermet it blocks everything i want to go to.i mean it interferes with sites i need for school and work not letting me go to them.is there anything i can download or any program that will stop the blocking its not up to me ots my internet i need help fast i have homework to do and my internet blocks sites for homework!?!?! thznks to all

Blocking in what way? Do you have a net nanny program running or is it just that your internet security is too high.
Go up to Tools and Internet Options and set Security and Privacy to Medium and maybe turn off the pop up blocker. See how that goes.

try deleting all cookis and associated files.
Make sure the files checkbox is checked.
