I think it is more comfortable with the garter belt on the outside, but I suppose you could wear it on the inside if you wanted, particularly if the knickers were to be completely removed before the stockings. But I think garter belts and the suspenders are designed to be seen on the outside. You wouldn't have to undo the garters every time you needed to go to the bathroom, as long as you didn't need to pull your panties down past your thighs. Women wouldn't have worn garters for as long as they did if they had to do that.

Garter belt straps go on the INSIDE of panties. Panties go on the OUTSIDE. (1) Garter belt on the inside and panties on the outside is proper and (2) it's also the more practical. Try going to the restroom both ways once, and you'll forever afterwards put the panties on the outside.
And by the way, panties on the outside is a hell of a lot sexier too!

I always wear panties under a garter belt, with no problems. Try it either way and see what you feel comfortable with. They're designed to be seen, but if they're not going to be seen, what does it matter? If you are hoping to undress or be undressed by someone, I would recommend under rather than over - imagine pants over trousers (or shorts over pants, for you Americans) on a man! You could also try the garter belt with no panties, but better still try wearing them with a pair of French knickers (shorts). Decorum, practicality and sexiness!

Vote for panties outside. Wearing stockings on a regular basis, it's much more comfortable for you.
So put on stockings and garters always first and panties last. Deep belts probably don't need any, if weather is warm.

always on the outside. unless you want to take of your garter belt when going to the bathroom. dont you think that'd be the biggest hassle? Besides as a everyday stocking wearer, and i wear them mostly with garter belts, half the times in hold ups, you should wear them outside so it would be more comfortable when using the bathroom.

in case you place on a garter belt stockings and satin panties this is somewhat weird and wonderful i would not desire my guy to positioned on womens lingere. i think of you ought to provide up or locate somebody who stocks the identical interest.(likes a guy in panties)

the panties go on the outside, unless you want to take your garter suspenders loose everytime you have to visit the bathroom
