get someone out to clear out and service your main drain ......quick! because the next thing may be a huge sewer backup including everything you thought you flushed down that toilet for the last month.........eeuuwwww!

call the owner and they will call a plumber, or if you're the owner then call a plumber. It means the pipes are plugged up somewhere...could be within the house, could be outdoors (in the yard).. If it's a problem in the yard they will tell you or they will call the city or county to come fix it. It could mean just that sediment or tree roots have gotten into the pipes and they need to clean it out. In the meantime, make friends with your neighbor so you can use their facilities.

Call a plumber. You most likely have a blockage (tree roots, built up grime) in the pipes somewhere along the line. You would be wise to use a licensed plumber.

Good Luck.

Most likely, the pipes downstream of the washer are in need of cleaning. Either get a snake and cable it...or you will have to call Roto Rooter
