If you signed a contract then you have to stick with it. Well, until your agreed time is up.

Sorry to hear that the Airforce isn't working out for you. If that behavior is truely affecting you, you should see your chain of command...if that doesn't work go to the IG. Someone will help you on this.

- And for the smarta$$ in me...you could have joined the Army...while stationed in Ft. Huachuca, the AF personnel received extra pay for the "substandard" housing there...even though the barracks were brand new. You have it made as far as service goes, I hate that you are having trouble with those around you. Hang in there kid!

Suck it up. Service time lookes great on a resume. If you are tired of all the a**holes, just give it right back to them. Eleanor Roosevelt said, " No one makes you feel inferior without yor conscent".
If you were brave enough to enlist in the service during wartime, then don't let some dumb rednecks push you around. Stand up for yourself. It will be over sooner that you think.

First of all, this is UNACCEPTABLE Behavior in the Military Services -- have you talked to 1st Sgt about the Specifics (and I mean the specifics -- like dates, times, what is offensive, and who did what) -- that is the only way this problem can be solved -- and solved it will be if you only document it properly.

My sister loves it....she's using it to get her master's degree. You're right about what you have to put up with daily. If you're newly enlisted she suggests concentrating on your goals and knowing that this will make you stronger.
