I am trying to help my wife set up her profile on my space and in order to put up a background it talks about entering HTML codes where ever you can. Can anyone tell me what they are talking about?

browse the internet or whatever for a background or layout, when you find one you like you will see a html code once you click on it. It just looks like a load of letters and nonsense. copy it and then paste it in your ABOUT ME box when you edit your profile, save it and it will work!
Good luck!

Hyper Text Markup Language. See the link. A quick way to do this is to use MS Word to build what you want and then File>SaveAs to a HTML document.

HTML codes will get you a backround/layout.
If you have enough knowledge of HTML then you can make your own, if not there are many many many sites that have them premade.

I use that one mostly, but if you google Myspace Layouts you can get more.

If you need help, email me. I'm pretty good with Myspace stuff.
