Working out on a Bowflex is not going to make you stop growing.
Since you're obviously quite immature and inexperienced, I would suggest that you don't begin ANY exercise program on this machine without your parents approval!

Don't do spine-compressing exercises. Anything that requires you to support weight with your back vertically (overhead press, deadlift, free curl) can damage your growth potential somewhat. I'm not sure what to avoid specifically on a bowflex, though. Sorry.

Exercise puts stress on your body, that's why it's good for you. As long as you don't overdo anything allover exercise now will be a very good thing. Your body will be happier healthier and better for your whole life if you start exercising now. I had my biggest growth spurt in boot camp while exercising as hard as it is possible to do for eight weeks. Gained 2 inches and 35 pounds of muscle at eighteen. Go for it.

Ask a doctor. At your age it's too easy to screw something up permanently. I'd recommend running instead.
