Usually brothers don't view their sisters in that way but OK to observe that a sister is pretty,hot as long as you don't apply to yourself that you get turned on by her for that goes against not only the laws of man but also of God,its not accepted by anyone and in some or even most states sexual relations between blood relations is against the law.
