oblong/oval faces are NOT ugly (esp. in my opinion). there is a lot of variety in face shape and oblong simply refers to bone structure. your weight is up to you. you have an oblong face if your cheeks slightly wider than the rest of your face (forehead and jaw)

Some oblong faces are prettier to look at than others. Oblong is the most common face shape. If the oblong shape goes from ear to ear instead of forehead to chin, yeah maybe not so pretty.
To find out if you have an oblong face. Pull your hair away from your face. Focus on the outline of your face, not on the eyes, ears, nose, or lips. If it resembles an egg, or is very similar then you have an oblong face.
