I think once you start asking yourself if you should stop, then you are probably to old to be trick or treating. Why don't you try a Halloween party at your house. Of course, be responsible and have an adult there.

well.... i stopped actually trick or treating in college (our dorm had treats out for everyone, and so did just about every other dorm!) i try to throw a party every year now instead. it's more fun to just hang out all night with your friends (imo) and drink, play games, eat tons of food (one year i colored white chocolate green and we dipped fruit and pretzles in it!) and maybe dance around. if i'm outdoors i try to have a small campfire or a large bonfire. sometimes, if not too many people show, we'll go out to the clubs/bars for a while. that's fun too b/c you get to see everyone elses' costumes. it's sort of like a parade as everyone goes bar-hopping! :) I LOVE HALLOWEEN!!!

I was 11 (and in 6th grade) when I stopped. If I had it to do over, I would never have started, but at the time I didn't know the real history of halloween.

I'm in college and I still dress up and hang out with friends on Halloween. We don't go door to door for candy, but we still manage to get some candy. It's way to fun not to dress in costume for Halloween.
