the answer is -1
cos theta is x / r where x is the x coordinate and r is the radius of the unit circle. hence, cos 180 = -1 / 1 or -1.

Easy. -1. Look it up in your textbook.

Make sure you have this memorized, as well as the values of cos for other important degrees(30, 60, 90, 270, etc) and the values of sin for those same degrees.
