Lowes, Home Depot have repair kits. Turn off the water and remove the handle, then unscrew the valve set and take it with you for a replacement

New cups and springs will fix it, but Delta faucets are notorious for this. It usually starts within 2 years. A better solution is to replace the cartridge with the new style cartridge. Ask your local Delta supplier.

get in touch with delta and get a up-grade most of the time you get a discount for up-grading.

THROW IT AWAY AND GO GET A UPDATED ONE THAT U CAN TAKE OFF THE HOLDER AND SPRAY WATER WHERE U WANT IT
