Check out the above site for more info. I can't say for sure about the colonics as I haven't done it yet but as for the lemonade detox, it really is good. I've done it and I know a number of people who have too. We have all had good results.

You may know that your body tries to expel its toxins through 5 channels: breath, sweat, saliva, urine & feceas. Of course some foods take longer to digest than others and like even the best non-stick pots, your bowels build up a coat of waste on their walls. This toxic covering seaps poison back in to the body and causes various health problems from skin trouble to serious respiratory conditions and hormonal irregularities. The Master Cleans gives you a nutricious base to keep you going while on the diet but because the caloric content is rather low I've found that energy levels tend to drop as time goes on. I think it's good and healthy. Try it and if you feel bad stop it. It is better to prepare and come off it gradually though. Good luck. B well.

NOT healthy. Stupid.
Your colon does not need "cleansing". It DOES NOT get "build up" on the colon walls -- anyone who tells you otherwise is a quack!!

I recommend Elizabeth Lipski's excellent book 'Digestive Wellness' for info on how to safely detox yourself and take proper care of your digestive tract.
Your ten day program sounds unhealthy and unpleasant to me.
